This year we attended the Berkshire College of Agriculture (BCA) national apprenticeship recruitment fair, the first event we have attended since announcing our new partnership with the college.
Attending gave us an opportunity to network, engage with, and offer support to those who are looking to explore careers within our industry, and to meet members of the college. The event was an overwhelming success, with a large number of companies from across the landscaping and grounds maintenance industry contributing.
Our team consisted of contract managers from our operations in and around Berkshire, one of whom began his career as apprentice.
We were very pleased to have been invited to the event, and to take part. Our team commented that it was fantastic to connect with students and other people looking to develop their careers within the industry, and we are very much looking forward to attending future BCA events.
