You can see when we last visited your area on the schedule pages. We may not be able to always cut the grass in your area due to situations such as:

High volume of litter or fly tipping
Inclement weather, it may be too wet to cut all the grass
Potential obstacles such as play equipment left out
Parked cars
High level of stone or damage to the grass
The operation is divided into two areas for general grass cutting and shrub bed maintenance, north and south, including the area covered by the Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation. During summer months we work on a twelve working day cutting cycle.

We operate a fleet of up-to-date, professional grass care equipment, all of which is maintained by our professionally qualified and widely experienced staff at our specially built workshop.

Our intended schedule for grass cutting work is to revisit the same site in approximately twelve business days from the date of the last visit shown below;
We carry on cutting in the inclement weather and will only miss or delay a cut if we find we are causing damage such as leaving ruts, or there is a health and safety issue.

Our grass cutting machines are fitted with special tyres, to enable working on grassed areas during wet weather. Sometimes when the ground conditions are wet the disturbed surface soil appears to stain the grass, however this is superficial and no damage has actually occurred and will soon wash out. It may look unsightly for a day or two. However if we were to delay the cut due to wet weather for several days, this will cause more damage and mess, therefore we continue to cut the grass when some people may not expect us to.

Our teams are very well experienced and have cut the grass in Leeds for several years, and found that this system works.
